Our services

This website presents our work and lets you get in touch; nothing on it is a binding offer. Services are governed by a separate written proposal, which we agree with each client before any work starts.

If you hire us as a consumer, our Service terms also apply, including your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Use of content

The texts, design, code and images on this website belong to Pliktro Digital or to the clients whose projects are shown, and are protected by copyright. You may view them and share links to them, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our permission (or the client’s, for project work).

Availability and liability

The website is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of the website or from its temporary unavailability; nothing limits liability for intent or gross negligence (ΑΚ 332, Greek Civil Code), nor any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

The website links to other websites (for example client projects and social profiles). We have no control over their content and are not responsible for it.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Kavala have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.

Consumer disputes

If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you can turn to the Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή), an independent authority that mediates consumer disputes out of court, free of charge: www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr.

Using out-of-court dispute resolution is voluntary and does not affect your right to go to court.
