The brief
Jimmy's Apartment is a single holiday apartment in Nea Peramos, a seaside village near Kavala. The owner wanted guests to book directly with him, not through a big booking platform, and to get a real feel for the place before they arrive.
What I built
- A booking box on the home page: pick your dates and number of guests, then check availability.
- The basics up front: no deposit, free cancellation, how far the sea is, Wi-Fi.
- An area guide with four nearby beaches and the drive time to each.
- A things to do section with day trips and local ideas.
- Guest reviews, kept in the language each guest wrote them.
- A contact page so guests talk to the owner directly.
- The whole site in English, Greek and Bulgarian.
How it works
I designed and built it as a custom Next.js site, served through Cloudflare so it opens quickly for visitors from abroad. The writing and layout feel more like a travel magazine than a rental listing, with real photos of the apartment, the beach and the village. Everything works just as well on a phone.
