Website hosting and maintenance, so you never have to think about it

I keep your website online, updated, backed up and safe. If something breaks, you tell me and I fix it, without tickets, call centres or technical words.

Who it's for

  • Your website is live, but nobody really looks after it.
  • You get emails about renewals, updates and warnings, and don't know which ones matter.
  • The person who built your site is gone, and you are not sure who holds the keys.

What you get

  • Fast, reliable hosting. Your site on solid servers, with a content network in front so it loads quickly everywhere.
  • Daily backups. If something goes wrong, your site comes back as it was.
  • Updates done for you. Software, plugins and security fixes, tested before they go live.
  • Protection. Spam, bots and login attacks blocked before they reach your site.
  • Someone watching. If your site goes down, I know about it, usually before you do.
  • Small changes included. A new photo, a price, opening hours. Send it and it is done.
  • A real person. You talk to me, in plain words, and get a reply within a working day.

Work I have done

Questions people ask

Can you look after a website someone else built?

Usually, yes. I first check how it is built and what state it is in, and tell you honestly if anything needs fixing before I take it on.

Do I keep ownership of my website and domain?

Yes. The domain, the content and the site are yours. If you ever want to move, you get everything you need to take it with you.

How much does maintenance cost?

It depends on the size of the site and how often it changes. Tell me about your site and you get a clear monthly price, with no surprises.

What happens if I stop?

Nothing disappears overnight. We agree a date, and I hand over the site, the backups and the logins so it keeps running wherever you move it.

What counts as a small change?

Things like updating text, photos, prices or opening hours. Bigger changes, like a new section or feature, get their own clear price first.
