Web apps that take the repetitive work off your hands

Booking systems, client areas and small tools, built around how your business already works. They run in the browser, on any phone or computer, with nothing to install.

Who it's for

  • You take bookings or requests by phone and messages, and keep track of them by hand.
  • You copy the same information between spreadsheets, emails and notes every week.
  • Your customers keep asking for things they could see or do themselves: status, documents, appointments.

What you get

  • Built around your work. I learn how you do things now, then build the tool to fit, not the other way round.
  • Bookings without the back-and-forth. Customers see what is free and book it, and you get notified.
  • A client area. Your customers log in to see their bookings, orders or files, without calling you.
  • Works everywhere. In the browser, on every phone and computer. Nothing to download or install.
  • Your data stays yours. Secure logins, regular backups, and you can export everything.
  • Starts small. We begin with the part that saves you the most time and add the rest when it proves itself.

Questions people ask

What is a web app, compared to a website?

A website mostly shows information. A web app does work: takes bookings, stores records, lets people log in and change things. Many businesses need a bit of both, and they can live on the same site.

Isn't there ready-made software for this?

Often there is, and if it fits, I will tell you to use it. A custom app makes sense when the ready-made tools force you to change how you work, or cost more every month than they save.

How much does a web app cost?

It depends on what it needs to do. Starting with the one part that saves you the most time keeps the first step small. Tell me about it and you get a clear price before anything starts.

How long does it take?

A first useful version usually takes a few weeks. Bigger tools grow in steps after that, so you use it early instead of waiting months.

What happens after launch?

An app needs hosting, backups and the odd fix or new feature. I can look after that for you, or hand everything over. Your choice.
